Consider how your body reacts to these toxins. Once you identify the toxins that you are exposed to every day, determine how prepared your body is to face these toxins. Your body may be too strong for some of these toxins, which is a plus for you. However, if your body is creating antibodies against these toxins, you are in trouble.
